Although most of SAP’s source code should not be altered, there are standard ways to enhance it with new functions, interfaces, forms, reports. These are developed in the so called “customer namespace” if they are customer-specific (technical name starting with X, Y or Z), or in “registered namespace” if they are SAP plugins developed and sold by consulting companies (all Systemfox Consulting product technical names start with /SFCL/).
